Rhubarb Cake.
When my May Martha Stewart Living magazine came, I was happy to see a section on rhubarb. This week our rhubarb is ready for picking, so I decided to make the rhubarb cake which Martha also demonstrated on TV yesterday. The crumb topping ends up as a crust when the cake is inverted. I served it with vanilla ice cream. Our Wednesday night care group gave it rave reviews! I’ll definitely do this one again! The above photos are mine.
