Rhubarb Cake.

When my May Martha Stewart Living magazine came, I was happy to see a section on rhubarb.003 This week our rhubarb is ready for picking, so I decided to make the rhubarb cake which Martha also demonstrated on TV yesterday. 008 009

The crumb topping ends up as a crust when the cake is inverted. 024 I served it with vanilla ice cream.

Our Wednesday night care group gave it rave reviews! I’ll definitely do this one again!

Btw~ I had a great time with my sis-in-law. We went to a quilt shop in Stonewall and the one here in town that Joan mentioned to me. Thank you for helping me with that.

Thank you for sharing this recipe - my rhubarb is ready to cut. Think I'll make one this evening so my sweetheart can enjoy it over the weekend. If it lasts that long!
