Autumn Tea Outdoors

It's a nice day today...a little chilly, but bright.
I played with a few settings for tea.
I used Denby mugs and the blue plates purchased on sale at Dillards last winter.
The first is a table among the Limelight hydrangeas, which are showing pretty pink in the blooms.
I used a wool blanket as a table cover, with a fishnet overlay.
Then I removed the netting, and changed the location..
I also tried a different look with a plaid throw...
We had pumpkin pie with our tea...
A couple more photos of what's blooming now..the temps are dipping at night, so it may be quite different very soon...

Hello Millie,
Your settings are all so cozy; especially the one among the hydrangeas. I do love the limelights! Your plaid throw gives your tea table a completely different look which is fun. I will be making pumpkin pie one of these days as I always seem to crave it this time of year. Yours looks delicious with whipped cream. Thank you for stopping by to join me for Tea Time. Hope you have a splendid week.

Blessings,
Sandi
Lovely, Millie! Such a pretty tablescape and setting! :-)

Hi Millie, You always create beautiful tablescapes among your lovely flowers. Have a good evening.
My favorite is with the plaid blanket. Looks very fall-ish. And your flowers are beautiful! The pie looks delicious; we just had pie tonight, kind of an autumn thing to do :)

Millie, these all look so nice outdoors among the flowers. I think I like the plaid table cover best. Love the Denby mugs too. Looks like you have roses yet to bloom. Hopefully the frost won't get them. Have a good week. Pam
Hi Millie,
I love plaid so your setting with the wool blanket made me gasp! Such a perfect setting. I see that you and I had the same idea of tea in the garden. lol! Love your gorgeous blooms. What is the name of your other Hydrangea? I have a Str. Vanilla that has been very pretty this year, a Annabelle, and a new Incrediball I bought last year. It only had one bloom. I love the large blue and pink ones but they don't do well here.
hugs,
Jann
