Favorite Teacup







I love tea, teapots, teacups!



Here is my favorite cup and saucer...Shelley "Dainty Blue". While visiting my Aunt in a seniors' home I saw these at a tea and bake sale, and wasted no time paying my 3 dollars each for the only two available. I later discovered that they are quite valuable, but I was just attracted to the lovely color and shape.

Millie, this is a very beautiful teacup! What a find! Shelley teacups are very valuable --- you've got quite a find here! I think that the dainty blue flowers on the white background. . .and the pretty shape really make this teacup special.

How gorgeous! And how fortunate you were to be there at the right time. I'm sure the previous owner would be happy to know that her cup and saucer set are being loved and used again!

I just bought the same cup and saucer for a bit more than you paid, but I still got a bargain. I love the ridges. Congrats and happy shopping!
