A Fall Trip to Minnesota

One of our favorite fall destinations is Minnesota...not far away, but still the experience of a different country...
Last week we camped at Baker Park, near Minneapolis. Although in the photo below our trailer looks rather lonely, on the weekend the campground was almost full...including many brave souls in tents!
Some of the things we did...
Attending Grace Church in Eden Prairie...(lovely building...seats 4200!)
...shopping at Arbor Lakes..
...checking out the tablesettings at Pottery Barn...

...and visiting Bachman's garden center and gift shop....
...nice memories stowed away in our minds....

The campground is beautiful. My nephew and his fiance' live near Minneapolis. What a grand church, pretty shopping area and nursery. A perfect time of year to enjoy traveling. Thanks for sharing the pictures with us.

Oh so beautiful. I would give anything to be there this time of the year. For the last three days we have not seen the sun in South Florida. Rain, rain and more rain and grey skies. We are not used to this as this time of the year it's still pretty hot and sunny. Thanks for sharing, your pics perked me up :D

Blessings,

~Marie

Sounds like you had a wonderful trip, my friend. What was it like to be in such a huge church? It must have been thrilling!
I would love to see the Bachman gardens.
Hugs, Cindy
