Hi Millie, Your pie looks fabulous and I am looking forward to fresh strawberries here this week. We were worried about the crop this year because we had so much rain but the past number of days have been hot and sunny. Your blue teacups and checked tablecloth look very summery and set a lovely table. Thank you for joining me for tea. It's always a pleasure to have you join me.
Oh Millie, strawberry pie is one of my all time favorite pies. I've only made one this summer, but I'll have to make another one soon. Your teacups and checked tablecloth look so pretty with the pie.

I love Fresh Strawberry Pie. Yours looks delicious!
Your pie looks so fresh and delicious. It inspires me to make a pie with the remaining strawberries. The colors of your tablescape are delightful. Beautiful teacups too, especially the light blue one in the dainty shape. Thank you for your visit as it lead me to your blog. Have a wonderful week, Nora
Goodness Millie ...I'm drooling over that strawberry pie..Your tablescape is just so inviting ...Gingham is such a refreshing fabric for teatime.. Your blue teacups are the perfect companions ... now I must go buy some strawberries ...infact I'll be dreaming about your pie ( Ha Ha)..Thanks for the sweet teatime...Hugs
Oh my Millie, I absolutely adore those two teacups today. Love the one one the left and I am wondering what kinds they are. Is one a Foley and one a Shelley? Both are so very beautiful and your strawberry pie looks amazing too! Happy Tea Day! Karen
Fresh strawberry pie is one of summer's pleasures. I always wait until the local berries are ripe and sweet. Your two teacups are really lovely. Have a great week.
There is a cloche party today! Check out all the lovely posts at A Stroll Thru Life I tried 2 figurines in my cloche: First is an Aynsley sheep which my Mom gave me. Our little snowman violinist by Lennox is in the second set. This is fun! I think I’ll try more scenarios, but now I’m off to see what others have done…
Some shots of my mom's 90th birthday party yesterday. She enjoyed the day, and stayed looking pretty fresh all day... There are many lovely mosaics at Mary's , so why not go visit?
Rhondi is hosting a porch party, and I am very excited about seeing decks, porches, etc. from many places, encompassing climates and decor of all sorts. We don’t have a porch, so we are welcoming you to our deck today. Please keep our Manitoba climate in mind, as you will notice our summer is just beginning, and plants are not very advanced yet. The afternoon sun is highlighting part of the table, and the rest is shaded by the umbrella. I have set the table in green and white, and because it will just be two of us , it is casual. Before the sun goes down, let’s see what else is on the deck…. another table with some lanterns and plants.. ..a bakers rack which I sprayed light green and which holds green plants.. ..a bench with more of the tropical print… …and a grouping of potted plants Looking out at the yard, the sun is streaming in from the West. the days are longer now and it is still light….at 8:45… …and now finally night has fallen…it is now 10...
