How nice that you went away for a while to the lake, I would love to do that some time. My son and his wife and kids go every long weekend to a camping spot on Lake Winnipeg, I was going to go visit them there last Monday, but I had too much to do.

I love hydrangeas, and although we can grow the Limelight and Annabelle varieties fairly easily here in Manitoba, it is only recently that with some luck, we can overwinter Endless Summer. Endless Summer blooms in pink in our lime soil, unless we feed it with copper sulphate to bring out the blue . Last week, after a rainstorm, I noticed how soft and pretty the colours were. Mosaic Monday – November 30

  Christmas is just around the corner! Just a few photos pertaining to the season. My sister –in-law sews these little napkins…when folded they form a Christmas tree shape, and she has chosen very nice fabric. They go so well with my Gold Chantilly china and a gold pinecone as an accessory. She sells them for only $6.00 for a set of four! Each week I anticipate seeing all the lovely collages at Little Red House . Thanks to Mary.
