Tuesday Tea- Blueberry

It’s blueberry season! Those little bits of blue are healthy and oh-so-tasty!
I made some blueberry crumble squares for our tea today.011
The little tea table is set beside the blue checked chair

Although the Evesham china cup design is a plum, the colour looks just right.

The cloth is actually a tea towel, purchased at a resort this summer.012
The tea we are drinking is Lemon Zinger, one of our favourites, and lemon goes well with blueberry, don’t you agree?

Beautiful tea party! Many years ago, John and I would pick blueberries at the home of one of his co-workers. I would make lemon blueberry muffins that were delicious. The Lemon Zinger tea sounds good, too.

What a pretty tea, Millie! I made an apple crumble a while ago but it's blueberry season so I guess it's time to make one of those. Such a healthy treat are blueberries and they're pretty too. I like your blue checkered chair. Would love to join you for tea! Thanks for coming to tea with me and enjoy your new week.

Blessings,
Sandi

Love the blueberry tea time! I am eating blueberries and other berries this summer and they are so tasty like your crumble recipe. The setting with the blue and white checked chair is so appropriate. I have the Royal Worcester pattern "Evesham" and visited the town in England where there were orcchards. I love the china and it is perfect with the dessert for tea time and this makes me think I must use this set. Thanks for sharing your pretty tea set!

What a pretty and tasty tea party. I love blueberries and we're enjoying lots of them these days. I think some of the prettiest fabric designs are on tea towels!

Your blueberry dessert looks wonderful, I have been buying a lot of blueberries at the RC Superstore lately. The price can't be beat.
You have set a very pretty tea table beside your beautiful blue chair.
