Tea Time December 30, 2013

The table is set with Lenox Holiday china.

We host a Bible study group, and the men especially enjoy butter and mincemeat tarts, and the ladies like the lemon slice…

I sometimes think about how much fun it would be to have my blog friends around my table. What an interesting conversation that would be!

What a lovely gathering to start with and your setting with the holiday Lenox is gorgeous. How fun it would be to sit at your table, have some of those yum cookies and talk our heads away!
Happy New year and many blessings in 2014.

Oh, your Lennox china is so pretty, Millie, and your sweets look so good. I would love a lemon slice! We had hosted a Bible Study group in our home for many years and then it got too large so we had to move it into someone else's home. I really miss hosting it but Hubby does a marvelous job of leading the study every week. The fellowship is priceless!
I'm so happy you were able to join me for tea this week. It would be fun to be able to do this for real! Happy New Year, Millie!

Christmas blessings,
Sandi

Millie, I love your china. I have one mug that I treated myself with on our trip to Maine. I should have bought 3 more. Maybe next time! Your sweets look so delicious. I have enjoyed a lot of sweets over the holidays and now must try to eliminate them from my daily routine. So hard! Happy new year blessings to you. Pamela
